ESTEA is the new, modern accommodation unit in a brand new six (6) storey building in the centre of Volos.
It consists of seven (7) accommodation units of which three (3) are apartments, the other three (3) lofts and one (1) loft.
A few words about Estèa
Good evening.
Our personal goal and desire was to make the accommodation – as well as the whole building unit – as functional, environmentally friendly and stylish as possible. For this reason, the formulation of the designs and the selection of the simplest to the most complex material should be the product of thorough research and personal screening. Meaning? “Nothing was left to chance in this accommodation”, as we used to say. It became entirely as if we were to inhabit it ourselves. Our goal: to be chosen again after your first stay.
The construction of the plant started in 2022 and was only completed in February 2023.

Facilities of the building unit
SERVICES
ESTEA is located in the center of Volos (near the Town Hall), just 800 meters from the “heart” of the city center. This means that you can leave your vehicle when you arrive at ESTEA and only pick it up again for your departure. Everything can be reached on foot. But even if you want to get around by public transport, there is a public transport stop less than 25 metres away. Furthermore, the ESTEA is very close to the Volos Railway Station (<30 meters) and to the bus station of N. Magnesia (<700 meters). Finally, it is extremely close to supermarkets, pastry shops, pharmacies and fast food outlets.
At ESTEA we have also taken care of families with babies and we offer you the possibility of providing a cradle and a park (lorelli) upon request, as well as a stroller (cam) and a baby food seat, upon request again. This automatically reduces your luggage and your inconvenience dramatically.
We have made check in and check out easier than ever, using an electronic key. This makes you move with more ease and comfort for your arrival time. Two (2) parking spaces are available upon request, while finding parking is very quick and easy in the area.

Get to know the city of Volos with us

The city that everyone who has visited has loved and everyone who hasn’t visited is definitely planning to. It uniquely combines mountain and sea, making it an ideal choice for tourism throughout the year.
It is worth choosing to stay in the city center, thus easily planning daily excursions either southeast (coastal i.e. Pelion) or northwest (mountainous Pelion).
Ideal choice during the holiday season (Christmas, Halloween, Easter). “Volos bewitches us” is the Christmas motto, with ESTEA being very close to Santa Claus’ village. While on Halloween the city lives its own carnival on the beach of Volos. During the Easter period, the tsipouradika on all days of Easter. Week (culminating on Maundy Thursday, Maundy Friday and Maundy Saturday) to literally “catch fire” at noon and in the evening.
